Terms of Service — AgriAdvisor

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgriAdvisor, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including farmers, agronomists, vendors, and enterprise customers.

2. Service Description

AgriAdvisor provides AI-powered crop disease diagnosis, weather intelligence, market linkage, and agricultural advisory services. Our AI recommendations are provided as guidance and should be used alongside professional agronomic advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Each account is for a single user — sharing credentials is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AgriAdvisor only for lawful agricultural purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, scrape market data for commercial resale, or use the platform to distribute harmful or misleading agricultural advice.

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated diagnoses and recommendations are advisory in nature. While our models achieve high accuracy, results should be confirmed by qualified agronomists for critical decisions. AgriAdvisor is not liable for crop losses based solely on AI recommendations.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Premium and Enterprise subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Your farm data and uploaded images remain your property. AgriAdvisor retains rights to its AI models, software, and aggregated analytical insights. You grant us a licence to process your data to provide the service.
